Smooch, our third-party service provider for the Live Chat integration, has a maintenance operation planned on Monday the 10th at 5pm PST (8pm EST), for a maximum duration of one hour.
During this operation, customers may experience a brief period of service degradation lasting less than two minutes. During this maintenance window, the Smooch Platform may be inaccessible, preventing message delivery. End-users may be blocked from sending messages to Smooch via our web, iOS and Android messengers. The replies you send from configured business systems, such as Slack and others, may be blocked during the maintenance window.
When the maintenance is complete, all services will be fully restored. There is no need for any action on your end.
